IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Hilton Chicago, absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 2300 S. Throop St. Chicago, IL  60608.

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
Monday, August 10, 2026 - Tuesday, September 8, 2026

The warehouse will be closed in observance of Labor Day:
Monday, September 7, 2026 

Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 2300 S. Throop St. Chicago, IL  60608 starting:

Monday, September 21, 20268:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Thursday, September 24, 20262:30 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM

If freight is delivered to the Advance Warehouse within the posted date range or on-target, it is billed at the Standard Rate. If freight is delivered to the Advance Warehouse outside the posted date range or off-target, it is billed at the Non-Standard Rate.
