Important Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.

Inbound Freight

Inbound freight Must be delivered to the Advanced Warehouse. No Direct Shipments will be accepted.

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Closed 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM & Holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Thursday, January 26, 2023 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Friday, February 24, 2023 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.

No Direct Shipments will be accepted at Sheraton Grand Chicago

All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the Sheraton Grand Chicago. The Sheraton Grand Chicago does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the Sheraton Grand Chicago will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the Sheraton Grand Chicago for any items sent directly to the venue. For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply to each shipment not received within the deadlines.

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
