Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Closed 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM & Holidays.

Please note: Shipments arriving before Monday, July 26, 2021 will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after Wednesday, August 25, 2021 may incur an additional charge. Please refer to the Material Handling/Drayage Services page for more information.

Please Note: Crate Sizes at this facility are restricted to: 8' tall, 8' long, and 6' wide due to narrow freight paths. Freight that does not meet these requirements will be subject to special handling fees.

Direct to show site shipments will not be accepted at the Sheraton Grand Chicago:

All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the Sheraton Grand Chicago. The Sheraton Grand Chicago does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the Sheraton Grand Chicago will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the Sheraton Grand Chicago for any items sent directly to the venue. For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply to each shipment not received within the deadlines.

In addition, carriers must be directed to pick up outbound shipments at the GES warehouse. Shipments that are loaded at the facility will be charged a 30% surcharge.
