Important Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Sheraton Grand Chicago absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 2300 S. Throop St. Chicago, IL  60608


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:7/26/2021
Monday, July 26, 2021 - Wednesday, August 25, 2021



Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 2300 S. Throop St. Chicago, IL  60608 starting:

Tuesday, September 7, 20218:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Friday, September 10, 20212:30 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.

Please Note: Crate Sizes at this facility are restricted to: 8' tall, 8' long, and 6' wide due to narrow freight paths. Freight that does not meet these requirements will be subject to special handling fees.
