Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - In the event move in or move out is during overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply.
Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Overtime: Monday through Friday before 8:00 AM and after 5:00 PM, and all day on weekends/holidays.
Labor lunch hours are from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Due to the high volume of deliveries to AirVenture, please expect a wait time at the marshaling yard when shipping freight directly to show site.
Carriers must be checked in daily by 2 PM to ensure same day unloading.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.
