IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Hilton Chicago absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 4108 W. 52nd Place Chicago, IL  60632


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:2/28/2020
Friday, February 28, 2020 - Friday, March 27, 2020


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 4108 W. 52nd Place Chicago, IL  60632 starting:

Monday, April 6, 20208:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Friday, April 10, 20202:30 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
