Shipping to the Show

Show Site Material Handling of your Machinery is included in your Custom Block Package Pricing. All shipments must arrive for check in by your driver according to your specific assigned target date and time. Shipments that arrive off target will be subject to additional OFF TARGET penalties of $20.00 per CWT.

Heavy Equipment & Machinery

This category includes crated, boxed or skidded machines, steel racks, conveyors and heavy storage systems that will be received at the exhibit hall and delivered to respective booths. Empty containers will be removed from booth, placed in storage and returned to booth at close of show. Materials will be removed from booth to dock and reloaded on designated vehicles at close of show.

  • Certified Weight Tickets Are Required For All Shipments.
  • Overtime charges may apply after 4:30 PM and are in addition to custom block package pricing.
  • Any shipping container in excess of 15 cubic meters will be billed an additional $575.00 per cubic meter for every cubic meter above 15 cubic meters.
  • Measure of Damage: If found liable for any loss, GES' sole and exclusive maximum liability for loss or damage to Customer's Goods is limited to $.50 (USD) per pound with a maximum liability of $100 (USD) per container, or $1,500.00 (USD) per shipment, whichever is less.

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Closed 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM & Holidays.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Friday, July 30, 2021 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Saturday, August 28, 2021 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.
