Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
  • Thursday, February 21, 2019 - Friday, March 22, 2019

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Closed 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM & Holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Thursday, February 21, 2019 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Friday, March 22, 2019 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.

Please Note: Crate Sizes at this facility are restricted to: 8' tall, 8' long, and 6' wide due to narrow freight paths. Freight that does not meet these requirements will be subject to special handling fees.

Direct to show site shipments will not be accepted at Sheraton Grand Chicago

All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at Sheraton Grand Chicago. Sheraton Grand Chicago does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to Sheraton Grand Chicago will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by Sheraton Grand Chicago for any items sent directly to the venue. For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply to each shipment not received within the deadlines.

In addition, carriers must be directed to pick up outbound shipments at the GES warehouse. Shipments that are loaded at the facility will be charged a 30% surcharge.
