Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Closed 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM and holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Please note: Shipments arriving before Wednesday, January 16, 2019 will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after Thursday, February 14, 2019 may incur an additional charge. Please refer to the Material Handling/Drayage Services page for more information.
