Important Outbound Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT



Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Galt House Hotel absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at YRC Terminal 4319 Campground Road Louisville, KY  40216

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
Thursday, June 29, 2017 - Monday, July 31, 2017
Warehouse will be closed Monday, July 3 and Tuesday, July 4, 2017 in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Saturday, August 5, 20171:00 PM To 5:00 PM 

Carriers must be checked in by:
Saturday, August 5, 20173:00 PM 

Facility must be cleared by:
Saturday, August 5, 20175:00 PM
