If you are a Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) bringing in your own freight for your booth, you have several options on how your items can be delivered.

• Advance POV Pallet Program
  For those POV exhibitors who would normally bring their materials direct to the venue, but wish to bypass the potential congestion and wait time onsite, we are now offering an Advance Delivery and Return option. Please click here to receive more information on this program.


• Direct to Showsite POV Deliveries - Hand Carried Freight
  Hand Carried Freight is for Privately Owned Vehicles (POV) under 6'5" in height that can fit into the WSCC parking garage. Please click here for a map to hand carried freight and for Hand Carried Freight Guidelines. Please note, unloading/loading times limited to one hour.

• Direct to Showsite POV Deliveries - Oversized Vehicles

  Once you are dispatched from the Marshaling Yard to the WSCC, you will have 1 hour to unload/load your freight. Your vehicle will need to move immediately after unloading to allow other exhibitors access.
