Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

*All inbound carriers must check into the advance warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

  • Traditional Freight:  Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

  • Small Package:  Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and Holidays. (Includes UPS, FedEx, Amazon and DHL)

Maximum piece size is 104"H x 96"W x 96"L x 3,000 lbs.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

Return to Warehouse:
Please note that the GES New Orleans office does not offer Freight Return to Warehouse Services. All freight must be picked up at the conclusion of the show by your chosen carrier. If your carrier does not show up, your freight will be re-routed. Once your freight is re-routed, it will be billed to your order confirmation.

Attn Exhibitors: For all Small Package types of shipments that do not involve a carrier required material handling form/bill of lading (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.), and are being shipped Direct to the Convention Center, please use 900 Convention Center Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70130 as the delivery address.

Please Note: Shipments not arriving on the above designated time frame, on a holiday, or on overtime will incur additional charges.
