Silver Booth Package

Your Furniture Package offers a hassle-free experience at 2024 True Value Spring Reunion. This will make your pre-show and post-show experience as smooth and convenient as possible.

Each 10'x10' booth will be provided with the following:
  • 8' high black backwall drape
  • 3' high black side rail drape
  • Choice of 1 - Blue 8' skirted table -OR- 6' skirted table
  • 2 - Chairs
  • 1 - Wastebasket
  • 1 - 120V Electrical Service per 10x10 booth space
    Feature, Gold, Silver & Bronze vendors are allowed one 120v electrical outlet per 10x10 booth space at no charge if confirmed / ordered through the provided web link by the electrical deadline:

    Any additional outlets or increase in voltage outside of what is included will be chargeable to the vendor by GES. Outlet is provided ONLY IF the exhibitor confirms they want the electrical outlet. Please confirm at the website listed. If the exhibitor does not confirm they want an electrical outlet, they will NOT be provided one.

Freight Material Handling Rates and Information

  • Direct Shipments must check in to the Marshalling Yard prior to 2:30 PM.
  • Crated Material is skidded, or is in any type of shipping container that can be unloaded at the dock with no additional handling required.
  • Special Handling is defined as shipments that are loaded by cubic space and/or packed in such a manner as to require special handling, such as ground loading, side door loading, constricted space loading and designated piece loading or stacked shipments. Also included are mixed shipments and shipments without proper delivery receipts.
  • Uncrated Material is shipped loose or pad-wrapped, and/or unskidded machinery without proper lifting bars or hooks.

Advance Shipment to Warehouse (25 lbs. minimum per shipment)
Shipments received on or between Wednesday, December 27, 2023 - Tuesday, January 23, 2024:
Standard Material Handling - 500 lbs (Crated/Skidded/Special Handling): NO COST
Additional Standard Material handling (Crated/Skidded/Special Handling): $1.39 per lb

Direct Shipment to Show Site (25 lbs. minimum per shipment)
Shipments received on or between Wednesday, January 31, 2024 - Thursday, February 1, 2024:
Standard Material handling (Crated/Skidded/Special Handling/Loose/Uncrated): $1.39 per lb
