Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - In the event move in or move out is during overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply.
Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Trucks over 36 feet are also prohibited in the interior of the French Quarter. This includes delivery trucks.

*All inbound carriers must check in by 5:30 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Shipping Addresses

No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.

Warehouse receiving hours are:

Traditional Freight: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.
Small Package: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and Holidays. (includes UPS, FedEx, Amazon and DHL)

Maximum piece size is 82"H x 96"W x 3,000 lbs.

Due to enforcement of a New Orleans City Ordinance that restricts the size of vehicles in the French Quarter, exhibitors are strongly encouraged to send exhibit materials in advance to the New Orleans GES Advance Warehouse at 3761 Louisa St, New Orleans. Exhibitors who send their shipments directly to show site need to be aware that vehicles in excess of 36' in length are not allowed in the French Quarter; exhibitors are responsible for notifying their carriers of this limitation. Please see Material Handling information listed here within for applicable deadlines and fees for all shipments.

No Direct Shipments will be accepted at Marriott New Orleans

All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the Marriott New Orleans. The Marriott New Orleans does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the Marriott New Orleans will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES.

Please note that the GES New Orleans office does not offer Freight Return to Warehouse Services. All freight must be picked up at the conclusion of the show by your chosen carrier. If your carrier does not show up, your freight will be re-routed. Once your freight is re-routed, it will be billed to your order confirmation.
