No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Tuesday, September 21, 2021 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Tuesday, October 19, 2021 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.

Carriers/POV’s that show up directly to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center without checking in to the marshaling yard first, will be turned away by security, and re-routed to the yard for check in.
