What's Included in the Standard Booth

    Please note: Exhibit Hall is concrete. Floor covering is mandatory. You can rent carpet from GES.

      *Clean Floor Policy:
    Due to the volume of crates and to facilitate the installation and cleaning of aisle carpet, a Clean Floor Policy will be enforced: All booths 400 sq. ft or larger must have major construction complete with empty crates labeled and ready for pick-up by 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 27th. All aisles must be 100% clear of crates, product, ladders, gang boxes or any other items that may impede the installation of aisle carpet and will be removed promptly at 7:00 p.m., regardless of whether or not they are labeled.
    Requests to bring crates back from storage to the show floor before show opening are contingent upon the time it is requested and availability of fork lift drivers. Labor fees will apply.

     No Show Policy:
    Exhibitors who have not begun set-up by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 28th will be considered a "No Show" unless you have notified Show Management.

    IMPORTANT!
    Carriers/POV’s that show up directly to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center without checking in to the marshaling yard first, will be turned away by security, and re-routed to the yard for check in.

*All inbound carriers must check in by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.


Shipping Addresses

No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.
