No Direct Shipments will be accepted at Hyatt Regency New Orleans

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS: All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans. The Hyatt Regency New Orleans does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the Hyatt Regency New Orleans will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the Hyatt Regency New Orleans for any items sent directly to the venue. For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply to each shipment not received within the deadlines.

Return to Warehouse:
Please note that the GES New Orleans office does not offer Freight Return to Warehouse Services. All freight must be picked up at the conclusion of the show by your chosen carrier. If your carrier does not show up, your freight will be re-routed. Once your freight is re-routed, it will be billed to your order confirmation.
