Important Outbound Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT



Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 5730 Powell Street Suite B New Orleans, LA  70123

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
Wednesday, June 6, 2018 - Thursday, July 5, 2018
Warehouse will be closed Wednesday, July 4, 2018 in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Friday, July 13, 20182:00 PM To 4:00 PM 

Carriers must be checked in by:
Friday, July 13, 20183:00 PM 

Facility must be cleared by:
Friday, July 13, 20184:00 PM

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
