    Please note: Exhibit Hall is concrete. Floor covering is mandatory. You can rent carpet from GES.

    PLEASE NOTE: Return shipments to warehouse (RTW), is not available as an option for Outbound Material Handling. Be sure to arrange your carrier pick up accordingly or reach out to GES Logistics for a shipping quote.

    To expedite the move-out process and minimize costs, GES is offering a new savings package for 10' x 10' and 10' x 20' booths.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Tuesday, September 12, 2017 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Wednesday, October 11, 2017 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.
