Advance Shipments may begin arriving at warehouse on September 12, 2017.

Last day for Advance Shipment to arrive at warehouse without surcharges is October 11, 2017.

Delivery Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM.

Drivers must check-in by 1:00 PM for same day unloading.

Drivers must have proper, legible Bill of Lading stating the Show, Name Exhibitor and Booth Number. The Bill of Lading must include a piece count and Certified Weight Tickets

Refrigerated/Frozen & Floral Shipments will not be accepted at the Advance Warehouse. Uncrated Shipments will not be accepted at the Advance Warehouse. (This includes, but is not limited to: pad wrapped items, unskidded items, uncrated machinery, etc.)

Exceptions – Carpet, FedEx/UPS packages, etc. will be accepted but are subject to Special Handling Charges.
