Trucks signing in after 2:00 PM may be charged at the overtime rate.

*All inbound carriers must check in by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Shipping Addresses

No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.

  • Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

No Direct Shipments will be accepted at Marriott Harbor Beach Resort and Spa

All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort and Spa. The Marriott Harbor Beach Resort and Spa does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort and Spa will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES.
