What's Included in the Standard Booth

    10’ x 10’ Booth Includes:

         300 lbs. drayage per exhibitor regardless of booth size (Product Only)
         One ( 1 ) 5 Amp / 500 Watt Electrical Outlet (per booth regardless of size)
         Apparel Brands – Three ( 3 ) Gunmetal Garment Racks – 5’H x 6’L
         Accessory/Footwear Brands – Three ( 3 ) White Distinct Shelving Units – 72”H x 54”W x 14”
         Accessory/Apparel Brands – Two ( 2 ) Racks / One ( 1 ) Shelving Unit
         Walls: FIT3 White Fabric – 3M Backwall, 1M Side Walls

    If the accessory mix noted does not meet your exhibit needs, please reach out to your Informa salesperson no later than December 11, 2023.

    Limited quantities will be available on-site for additional orders and accessory changes but may take up to 2 hours for delivery.

    Onsite swaps for package accessories (racks or shelves) are subject to a $86.50 labor fee for each item.

Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - In the event move in or move out is during overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply.
Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Trucks signing in after 2:00 PM may be charged at the overtime rate.

Shipments arriving before Monday, December 11, 2023, will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after Tuesday, December 26, 2023, may incur an additional charge. Please refer to the Material Handling/Drayage Services page for more information.

*All inbound carriers must check into the advance warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
