IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Caribe Royale Resort Orlando absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 4805 Sand Lake Rd Orlando, FL  32819


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:7/22/2022
Friday, July 22, 2022 - Monday, August 22, 2022


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Thursday, August 25, 20223:00 PM To 6:00 PM 

Carriers must be checked in by:
