IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at GES c/o TForce Freight c/o ZIX Corporation 8439 N.W. 72nd Street Medley, FL  33166


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:4/7/2022
Thursday, April 7, 2022 - Friday, May 6, 2022


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Saturday, May 14, 20221:00 PM To 5:00 PMNo Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification: All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.

Carriers must be checked in by:
Saturday, May 14, 20221:00 PM 

Facility must be cleared by:
Saturday, May 14, 20225:00 PM

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
