Product Rate Information

GES is offering a 1 - way product rates to all exhibitors.

Product is defined as any item that may be given away as a sample or sold to a show attendee.

Any remaining product that is to be shipped out at the close of the show would be charged an additional 1-way product rate at the that time.

To receive the 1-way product rates, all product must be identified as such and be listed on a separate bill of lading. Product not on a separate bill of lading and/or mixed with exhibit materials will be billed at the normal material handling rate.
