IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 7945 Mandarin Drive Orlando, FL  32819


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:7/21/2020
Tuesday, July 21, 2020 - Wednesday, August 19, 2020


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Tuesday, August 25, 20202:00 PM To 5:00 PM 

Carriers must be checked in by:
Tuesday, August 25, 20202:30 PM 

Facility must be cleared by:
Tuesday, August 25, 20205:00 PM
