NEW TO 2019: HFMA has made every effort as an organization to streamline the look and process of their Annual Conference. With exhibitor needs at the forefront of their minds, they hope that these new processes will prove for a simple and seamless experience for all exhibitors.

Booth package options are ordered through HFMA, though we ask that exhibitors elect their package through the GES ordering page, Expresso. This is the place where exhibitors will be able to omit furniture, add audio visual, storage, and graphics to their package.

By selecting one of the booth package options below, you are acknowledging that you will be ordering a monitor for your booth and will need the proper structural accommodations.
