This will make your pre-show and post-show experience as smooth and convenient as possible. Please use the directions below to review and upload artwork for your booth package.

Please review the panel sizing information below. Please use our File Transfer Upload capabilities, listed on our Digital File Preparation tab to upload your graphics to our team.

DEADLINE TO UPLOAD GRAPHICS IS APRIL 25, 2019 BY 11:59 PM.

• STEP 1: Select graphic option from the choices available below per your corresponding booth package.
• STEP 2: Review the Digital File Preparation page for information on how to format graphic files.
• STEP 3: Upload you graphic file(s) using our File Transfer Upload Capabilities. Please be mindful of the specific panel sizing per selected booth package. A confirmation will be sent to your email following a successful upload.

• Only print ready artwork files are accepted.
• Files obtained from the internet (JPG, GIF, PNG) or artwork created in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) are not suitable.
• When submitting artwork, Vector-based artwork is the preferred file type, with file extensions of .ai or .eps. Print ready PDF format is also acceptable.
• Provide images at a min. of 150 dpi at actual print size for proper resolution.
• Cancellation Policy: Graphic panels canceled after they have been produced are 100% billable.

The backwall panels are intended to be inserted into the structure which will result in approximately 2" of metal in between each panel. Therefore - mural style graphics are not recommended with this structure.
