Important Freight Return Information

Dear Exhibitor,

As you may know, SUN ‘n FUN recently announced that it has canceled SUN 'n FUN Aerospace Expo. 

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis issued a statewide Stay at Home Order for all residents including closing all non-essential businesses, starting Wednesday, April 1 at 11 p.m. and continuing, at minimum, for the next 30 days. GES will comply with this request.

Our GES Sand Lake Road facility is closed until further notice.

We will reach out once we are able to open our warehouse operation.

Billing Information

All orders for SUN 'n FUN Aerospace Expowill be automatically canceled. Refunds will be issued for any GES services ordered that have NOT been rendered. 

Final invoices are e-mailed approximately 15 days after the planned show dates to the customer or invoice contact. A receipt is available for those who ordered online through Expresso by navigating to My Account/Order History/Select Invoice/Order Confirmation to view services rendered.

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Closed 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM & Holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Tuesday, February 25, 2020 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Wednesday, April 29, 2020 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.
