IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Inbound Freight

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 7945 Mandarin Drive, Orlando, FL 32819, starting October 10, 2017 until November 8, 2017.

Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 7945 Mandarin Drive, Orlando, FL 32819, starting November 17, 2017 at 7:30 AM.

All Shipments must be picked up no later than November 20, 2017 by 4:00 PM or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
