Important Freight Information

Important information regarding Inbound and Outbound Freight



Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Inbound Freight

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 7945 Mandarin Drive Orlando, FL  32819

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:3/23/2017
Thursday, March 23, 2017 - Friday, April 21, 2017


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 7945 Mandarin Drive, Orlando, FL 32819, starting May 2, 2017 at 8:00 AM.


All Shipments must be picked up no later than May 9, 2017 by 4:30 PM or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Warehouse Hours of Operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
