Show Site Storage

All deliveries of non-perishable booth materials require that you schedule forklift labor.

The storage charge for products in frozen or refrigerated storage includes delivery of the product to/from storage and your booth one time per day. Deliveries will take place before and after show hours. You do not need to schedule labor or equipment for these deliveries. Invoice for storage will be based on actual usage or minimum, whichever is greater.

Delivery of Product from Storage to Your Booth:

  • Be sure to use the Color-Coded Refrigerated Storage Delivery Labels to show which day specific perishable product should be delivered to your booth.
  • Perishable Product will be delivered to your booth during the following times according to the color coded label you applied to your product:
    • Thursday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
    • Friday, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM
    • Saturday, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM
