Important Dates and Deadlines

Mandatory Floor Covering: In order to maintain a consistent and professional appearance on the show floor, ASHA mandates that all exhibitor booths must have carpeting or an alternative floor covering. If you are not bringing your own carpeting or floor covering, please refer to the GES Carpet Order Forms for your rental options and to place your order.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
