Please take notice - In the event move in or move out is during overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply. Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Overtime: Monday through Friday before 8:00 AM and after 4:30 PM, and all day on weekends/holidays.

*All inbound carriers must check in by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Shipping Addresses

No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.

Direct to show site shipments will not be accepted at Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord Golf Resort & Spa:

All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the facility. The facility does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the facility will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES.
