Quick Facts

What's Included in the Standard Booth

  • Standard 10'x10' in-line booths will include 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape. Black carpet is provided for all standard in-line booth sizes (10x10, 10x20, 10x30, etc.). Additionally, an insurance policy from Rain Protection Insurance is included and will be issued prior to the event.

    Please note that the facility is not carpeted. All booths must have professional flooring such as carpet, hardwood, or laminate. Bare flooring is not permitted under any circumstances.

Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - In the event move-in or move-out is during overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply. Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

*All inbound carriers must check into the advance warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
