Clean Floor Policy

In order to maintain a smooth and efficient move-in schedule, GES will institute a Clean Floor Program.

Empty crate removal times are as follows:

East/South Halls
1200 NSF and above - Sun., Mar. 23, 2025 by 12:00 PM
400 - 1199 NSF - Sun., Mar. 23, 2025 by 5:00 PM
100 - 399 NSF - Mon., Mar. 24, 2025 by 12:00 PM

Failure to have your materials labeled and ready for removal by the designated time will result in financial penalty.

The penalty assessed will be as follows:

1-10 containers: $118.83 for every half hour that your empties are not labeled and ready for removal
11-20 containers: $356.49 for every half hour that your empties are not labeled and ready for removal
20+ containers: We will have a time and material ticket opened for your booth and you will be charged for the equipment and labor until your empties are cleared. You will be advised by GES management with a one-hour warning.

After that a work ticket will be generated and the billing will begin.
