Machinery unloaded or loaded on overtime will incur an additional 25% surcharge each way. Straight time is defined as 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime is defined as all other times. On arrival, all shipments must proceed directly to the Marshaling yard for booth delivery instructions. See Assigned Freight Arrival Dates for the arrival date for your shipment(s). No shipments will be received on (DATE TBD).
- Machinery should only be shipped direct to the show site address. Do not send to the Advanced Shipment Warehouse.
- Machinery must be clearly identified on the Bill of Lading (BOL) to qualify for these rates.
- On arrival, all shipments must proceed directly to the Marshaling yard for booth delivery instructions. See

- Marshaling yard fee is $20.65 per shipment.
- Weights of all shipments received on any single day will be combined to determine the "per cwt." category to be applied to all shipments received that same day.
- Rates quoted above will be billed on a round trip basis. All shipments must have a certified weight ticket.
- Loose and/or uncrated machinery, including machinery without accessible integral lifting points or lift accessible skids that accommodate forklift unloading and, skidded/crated machines that must be dragged or "skated" from their conveyance because lift points are inaccessible, will be billed an additional 50% to the below rates.
- Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Trucks signing in after 2:00 PM may be charged at the overtime rate.
- Overtime: All other times, Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays.
Please note that standard drayage rates found on Material Handling/Drayage Services will apply to crated machinery (not to exceed 5000-lbs. per piece) shipped to our warehouse in advance. The discounted machinery rates above apply only to shipments sent directly to show site.
Important - Equipment in excess of 20,000 lbs. (9,100 Kg) may require special crane off-loading. Must be noted on the Freight Service Questionnaire.
Spotting - Equipment which does not require unskidding or uncrating will be spotted one time on initial delivery to the booth at no additional charge; however, the exhibitor's representative must be present at time of delivery to booth. Respotting will require a rigging order (see crane/forklift/rigging labor in the Labor and Equipment section for rates).
Unskidding / Uncrating / Dunnage Removal - A rigging order will be opened when any of these services are performed (see rigging labor in the Labor and Equipment section for rates).

Measure of Damage:If found liable for any loss, GES' sole and exclusive maximum liability for loss or damage to Customer's Goods is limited to $.50(USD) per pound with a maximum liability of $100 (USD) per container, or $1,500.00 (USD) per shipment, whichever is less. GES will not be responsible for any damage or loss to any equipment mishandled while under the direct supervision of any exhibitor without the consultation of a recognized GES rigging foreman.
