Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
  • Tuesday, March 13, 2018 - Wednesday, April 11, 2018

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Tuesday, March 13, 2018 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Wednesday, April 11, 2018 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS: All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to conference site shipments will not be accepted at the Chateau Elan Winery and Resort. Chateau Elan Winery and Resort does not have the capabilities to receive nor have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the Chateau Elan Winery and Resort will be consigned to GES and you will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the Chateau Elan Winery and Resort for any items sent directly to the Chateau Elan Winery and Resort. For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply to each shipment received not within the deadlines.

GES will not act as Importer of Record (IOR) or Ultimate Consignee regarding exhibitor freight and will not provide a Power of Attorney to any entity regarding exhibitor freight.
