Important Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Chateau Elan Winery and Resort absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at RAC Logistic LLC 4351 Thurman Road Conley, GA  30288


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:3/13/2018
Tuesday, March 13, 2018 - Wednesday, April 11, 2018



Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at RAC Logistic LLC 4351 Thurman Road Conley, GA  30288 starting:

Monday, April 23, 20188:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Friday, April 27, 20184:30 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
