Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - This event moves in and out on overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply.
Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Overtime: All other times, Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays.
Trucks signing in after 2:00 PM may be charged at the overtime rate.

**Dedicated Expo Hours
Please note that we have established dedicated time slots for you. This is where NATSO has no programming scheduled taking the attendees away from the show floor. During these times you must be present in your booth. As part of your registration, you are entitled and encouraged to attend any programming during the show where you can learn the latest trends in our industry. Extend your networking opportunity by taking advantage of joining us for breakfast, lunch, keynotes and other social events. Thank you and we wish you much success at The NATSO Show!

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
