In order to maintain a smooth and efficient move in schedule, GES will institute a Clean Floor Program. Please follow the schedule outlined below:

Empty crate removal times are as follows:

South Hall
1500 NSF and above – Sunday, March 13, 2016 by 5:00 PM
600 - 1400 NSF – Monday, March 14, 2016 by 12:00 PM
100 - 500 NSF – Monday, March 14, 2016 by 3:00 PM

East Hall
1500 NSF and above – Sunday, March 13, 2016 by 5:00 PM
100 - 1400 NSF – Monday, March 14, 2016 by 3:00 PM

Failure to have your materials labeled and ready for removal by the designated time will result in financial
penalty.

The penalty assessed will be as follows:
1-10 containers $103.50 for every half hour that your empties are not labeled and ready for removal
11-20 containers $310.50 for every half hour that your empties are not labeled and ready for removal
20 + containers We will have a time and material ticket opened for your booth and you will be charged for the
equipment and labor until your empties are cleared. You will be advised by GES management with a 1 hour
warning.

After that a work ticket will be generated and the billing will begin.
