What's Included in the Standard Booth

    ECTC will be using the GES GEM booth system instead of the customary pipe & drape. The GEM system is designed using prebuilt panels to create a seamless and overall cleaner look (see example on right). Unlike Pipe & Drape, this new system provides exhibitors with the opportunity to add graphics as additional for-purchase options.

*All inbound carriers must check in by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Shipping Addresses

No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.

Direct to show site shipments will not be accepted at Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center:

All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the facility. The facility does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the facility will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES.
