IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Hyatt Regency Dallas; Marsalis Hall B absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 1415 N Cockrell Hill Road, Suite 300, Dock 29 Dallas, TX  75211


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:1/12/2024
Friday, January 12, 2024 - Thursday, February 15, 2024


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 1415 N Cockrell Hill Road, Suite 300, Dock 29 Dallas, TX  75211 starting:

Monday, February 26, 20248:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Monday, February 26, 20243:00 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
