• A new Free Equipment Order, including Electrical, must be placed for each WESA Show; previous WESA show Free Equipment orders will not be automatically placed/reordered.
• This form needs to be submitted by the deadline date of Monday, December 29, 2025. For additional items please order separately.
• If your furnishings/equipment order is placed AFTER Monday, December 29, 2025 exhibitors will be charged a $50.00 Late Fee.
• If your electrical is placed AFTER Monday, December 29, 2025 exhibitors will need to place orders separately.
• Free equipment and electrical must be ordered on this form only.
• Equipment is limited. Please do not order more equipment than necessary.
• Booth Carpet is no longer provided by WESA. Exhibitors are not required to have floor covering. Exhibitors may either provide their own flooring or order flooring here at their own expense.
