Important Information:

  • Package Substitutions- Not Permitted (Ex: cannot substitute a chair/Tables for another garment rack/shelving unit). No credit provided for any Opt-out items.
  • Package Accessory Default - Packages are opt in ONLY. Defaults will not be applied. Any accessory changes on-site will be subject to a min. of one (1) hour labor charge at the applicable show site labor rate.
  • Height Limit- Maximum height is 8 ft.
  • Lights- Package include track lights. Exhibitor supplied lighting may not be attached to booth equipment. Freestanding lighting must be show management approved. Neon lighting is prohibited. Additional lights must be ordered through GES.
  • Graphics/Signage- All external graphics require show approval.
    - Packages under 400 square feet = NO exterior booth graphics.
    - Packages OVER 400 square feet = YES exterior booth graphics, with Show Org approval
  • ID Signs- Names for ID sign requests are only provided to GES via show management. GES will not accept any ID sign change requests directly from exhibitors. All ID sign name requests must be submitted to your DMC Leasing Director.
  • Flooring- Flooring is Natural concrete. Package includes white booth carpet. If exhibitor wants to upgrade carpet, they are permitted.
    All Carpet must be ordered and installed through the official show contractor only. No on-site orders. Carpet must be ordered by discount deadline date
  • Package Walls - Any special wall requests are subject to review and approval. Submit request to DMC Operations: snorris@dallasmarketcenter.com. Requests submitted after the discount deadline date will incur additional labor fees.
    Any damage to the booth package items will be charged to the exhibitor for full replacement costs.
