Attention 2019 Exhibitors -

The METROCON19 Committee of volunteers and I would like to thank you for your participation in our 17th annual not-for-profit, self-produced, volunteerdriven, design specification-focused regional expo and conference.

We would also like to announce the return of general services contractor, GES: Global Experience Specialists. After four years of successful collaborations, we have again contracted with them to provide you their extensive range of expert services.

For those of you who have not shown with us before, we are taking this opportunity to proactively address the issue most frequently misunderstood in regard to our show.

• Regarding the subject of Union Labor, Teamster Labor, and Installation and Dismantle Labor:


• Please be assured that you can use your own workers to load and unload your truck, move items in and out with non-motorized equipment, set up and dismantle your booth, etc.; however, you cannot use your own workers when motorized equipment – e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, etc. – is required. If you require motorized equipment, then you must hire GES.
