Important Shipping Information for Exhibit Freight

No Inbound Shipping to Show Site Notification:

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS: All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the Hilton Anatole. The Hilton Anatole does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the Hilton Anatole will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the Hilton Anatole for any items sent directly to the venue. For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit site address.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Tuesday, August 28, 2018 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Wednesday, September 26, 2018 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.
