Important Outbound Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT



Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Hilton Anatole absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 1415 N Cockrell Hill Road, Suite 300, Dock 29 Dallas, TX  75211

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
Tuesday, August 28, 2018 - Wednesday, September 26, 2018
Warehouse will be closed Monday, September 3, 2018 in observance of the Labor Day holiday.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 AM


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Tuesday, October 2, 20181:15 PM To 5:00 PM 

Carriers must be checked in by:
Tuesday, October 2, 20184:00 PM 

Facility must be cleared by:
Tuesday, October 2, 20185:00 PM

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
