IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT

Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the JW Marriott Austin absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at c/o TForce Freight c/o Crane Cartage LLC 4050 Valley View Ln Ste 100 Irving, TX  75038

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:8/1/2016
Monday, August 1, 2016 - Tuesday, August 23, 2016

Warehouse Hours of Operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Outbound Freight

You must schedule your outbound carrier to pick up Sunday, August 28, 2016 between 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM only.

If you do not have a designated carrier, you can arrange to send your boxes out through the onsite hotel FedEx office, or arrange for GES to ship your outbound freight.

Any freight left in your booth will be re-routed by GES Logistics.
