Thank you for participating at MUFSO 2017. I would like to introduce myself as your Client Services Specialist. I am here to help you plan a successful show and answer any questions you may have.

Please take a few minutes to read this Exhibitor Services Kit (ESK) carefully. The following pages include rules, tips and order forms to help maximize your exhibiting experience.

Show Information:
Dates & Location: MUFSO 2017 October 1-3 Hyatt Regency Reunion, Dallas TX
Show Floor Hours: 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM Monday, October 2

Booths must be show ready by 10:00 am Monday, October 2

Official Vendors and Ordering Information:
MUFSO has partnered with several service providers to offer you everything you need to have a successful show. All services and/or furnishings should be ordered in advance to save you money and ensure a timely move in. Use the Critical Dates Checklist to keep track of important deadlines and official vendor information.

Hotel & Travel Information:
The Hyatt Regency Reunion Hotel is the official housing partner for the MUFSO show. Booking within the official housing block will provide the best rates at official hotels. You can reach the Hyatt Regency Reunion Hotel at 214-651-1234 or Online here.
Please be advised that the Hyatt Regency Reunion Reunion is the ONLY housing company authorized to use the MUFSO name and/or logo and it is the only company allowed to represent itself as a MUFSO housing partner.

Shipping Information:
To ensure the receipt of your exhibiting materials on time and to avoid unloading delays on-site, we recommend shipping in advance to the GES warehouse. All shipping information and associated costs can be found under the Shipping/Drayage/Material Handling/Access Storage section of the ESK.
